Club Safety Reviews (CSRs) are the process by which OURCs addresses serious safety incidents, collisions, and near-misses. Their processes are laid out in Code of Conduct 2.11.d.
The most common reasons for CSRs are coxes without lifejackets, collisions at the top of Boathouse Island, Longbridges, or Greenbanks, and administrative failures leading to Novice coxes without bankriders. Below you will find the minutes of 2025-26 CSRs which have been ratified. Clubs are encouraged to read these minutes and learn from the processes which other clubs are putting in place.
