Autumn Fours is a side-by-side regatta, with the course running from just upstream of Longbridges to the Cox Stone.

Based on the time available and number of entries, the regatta may be run as a knockout, with or without a repechage, or as a round robin.

Payment is by bank transfer - details from the OURCs Treasurer. Bank transfers should be made within 30 days of receiving the invoice. The treasurer can be contacted via email to treasurer@ourcs.co.uk.
Entries must be made online through the OURCs Entries System. Please contact secretary@ourcs.co.uk if you have any problems.
Entries close at midday on the Tuesday before the event.
The scratch deadline is 23:59 on the Wednesday before the event. After this time, you may scratch crews but you will still have to pay the entry fee and supply marshals according to your original entries.
Marshals will be provided with the relevant page of this guide (2021) on the day.
We will be using this guide as the basis for our briefing.
We strongly recommend that marshals read over the above guides a few days before coming down for their shift to allow the knowledge to sink in. Please ensure that marshals sent to the river are of suitable quality of knowledge. We strongly encourage and strongly prefer experienced rowers and coxes.
