A bona-fide, enrolled student, Junior Research Fellow, or Fellow, at an Oxford College. Visitng and honorary fellows are excluded. Some visiting students are accepted.
Staff can become full members through the Honorary Member process detailed in A1.1.a.iii if their employment at the College is suitably permanent and full time.
ALL other members (alumni, part time employees, suspended/rusticated students etc) are associates.
Email the sabbatical officer (ourcs.sabbatical@sport.ox.ac.uk) to query someone's membership. If a student, please provide their First Name, Last Name, and OSSID (the number next to the photo on a bodcard, beginning with 1). If a fellow, please in the first instance provide their First and Last Names and the nature of their affiliation with the College.
